CSC – Core elements

  • Media Expert
    CSC’s assist their Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Local Internet Marketing Consultants (LIMC) with client development as the true media expert in the office.  Sales engineering is a critical piece of our business as we truly believe in a “consultative” approach, meaning we want to give our clients the best products to digitize and grow their business from day one.
  • Operations
    CSC’s must be confident, authoritative and posses leadership skills to assist their RSM with running the day to day operations of the Local Sales office.  Reporting, forecasting, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, solving complex technical issues with our Support groups and assisting the RSM or LIMC with contractual issues or dealing with advertisers directly on a daily basis.  In simple terms, the CSC plays an extremely important role in growing and developing the Local Sales office.  CSC’s are the right hand of the RSM to make the office go and grow.
  • Training
    CSC’s conduct weekly technical, product and operational training sessions with the entire office.  Constant education of what’s going on in the digital media world is a must for the CSC.

Skills

  • 2-5 years working experience in a marketing, training, sales or customer service role
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Ability to communicate and simplify complex technical concepts in person, over the phone or via email
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as salesforce.com, SAP or other database systems
  • Intellectually curious in the online, digital and interactive marketing world
