ReachLocal Gains CFO, General Counsel

ReachLocal has rounded out its executive leadership team, naming Ross Landsbaum CFO, and Adam Wergeles general counsel. Both executives will operate out of the local online advertising company's headquarters in Woodland Hills, Calif.

Landsbaum brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience to ReachLocal, including stints at Miramax, Spelling Entertainment Group and Arthur Andersen. He most recently served as CFO (and subsequently COO) at Panavision.

Wergeles joins the company from Connexus Corp., where he most recently served as chief legal officer. His experience also includes executive leadership positions at Kaplan's Concord Law School and Quisic Corporation.
