ReachLocal To Resell AdWords

by socalTECH staff Woodland Hills-based ReachLocal, a provider of online marketing services for the small and medium-sized business market, said today that it has inked a strategic alliance with Google, to resell Google Adwords advertising. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ReachLocal is venture backed by Rho Ventures, Galleon Crossover Fund and VantagePoint Venture Partners, and provides services which help local businesses advertise their businesses online. ReachLocal's products automate and handle Internet advertising campaigns and search marketing for local businesses. The company has raised more than $67M in funding for its services.
