Crain's Cleveland Business: Search engine marketing firm opens shop in Independence

Internet advertising company ReachLocal Inc. has opened an Independence sales office and has added Positively Cleveland, the convention and visitors bureau for Northeast Cleveland, as one of its first Ohio customers.

The office, which opened earlier this month at 2 Summit Park Drive, already has a staff of 12. ReachLocal aims to double that number by the end of the year, said David Glaubke, director of corporate communications.

The company, based in Woodland Hills, Calif., provides search engine marketing services to companies that want to reach consumers searching for local goods and services.
