The two-day workshop will be led by some of the top Internet and e-Commerce Directors in the automotive industry. It will take place on March 19 -20, 2008, at ReachLocal's Dallas-area Training and Development Center in Plano, Texas. Details and registration information can be found by visiting www.ai-dealer.com/Secrets_of_the_Best.html. Space is limited to the first 50 registrants.
Reach For Knowledge is a sales-free, objective environment where dealer representatives have the forum to openly discuss and learn more about the latest trends in attractively and effectively selling to the lucrative and elusive online car buyer. Attendees will be able to leverage their years of applied dealer Internet experience to explore theories, study practical examples, ask questions, and troubleshoot their own Internet strategies.
"This workshop is customized specifically for dealer principals, GM's, and Internet managers who are looking to either advance their understanding of the rapidly-changing automotive Internet industry or are simply looking to take their dealerships or Internet departments to a new level," said Jamie Adams, Director of Business Operations for ReachLocal Auto. "We've put together a robust speaker lineup that will accomplish both."
The lineup includes John Meadows, eCommerce Director for Huffines Auto Group, to discuss third party leads and inventory listings; Chris Hanson, eCommerce Director at David Thomas Auto Group, to discuss the Internet lead follow up process; and Jeff Kershner, Corporate Trainer at Mile One Automotive and DealerRefresh Blogger, to speak about CRM and lead management tools. Other topics will include Web site branding, transactional Web sites and shopping carts, and search engine marketing and optimization.
Early bird discounts are available before February 20.
