ReachLocal Rounds Out Management Team With New CFO and General Counsel

Leading Provider of Local Internet Marketing Solutions Names Ross Landsbaum CFO and Adam Wergeles General Counsel Positioning the Company for Continued Growth

ReachLocal Inc. (http://www.reachlocal.com), a leading provider of local Internet marketing solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, announced today that it has built out its management team with the hiring of Ross Landsbaum as Chief Financial Officer and Adam Wergeles as General Counsel.

Landsbaum joins ReachLocal with more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations at both multi-location customer service-oriented businesses and diversified media companies. Most recently, he was at MacAndrews & Forbes' Panavision, a leading service provider to the global motion picture and television industries, where he was Chief Financial Officer and, subsequently, Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Panavision, he was Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer for Miramax Films. Landsbaum also served as Chief Financial Officer and in other senior posts at Spelling Entertainment Group Inc., then a NYSE-listed diversified entertainment concern. Landsbaum earlier spent nine years at Arthur Andersen in various capacities.

Wergeles comes to ReachLocal as General Counsel, with over 15 years of experience providing legal advice to companies in all stages of development, and a specific expertise representing Internet companies. Most recently, Wergeles served as Chief Legal Officer for VendareNetblue (now Connexus Corp.), a leading online media company. Before VendareNetblue, Wergeles was Vice President of Operations for Kaplan's Concord Law School, a pioneer in online legal education. Prior to that, he worked as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Quisic Corporation, a venture-backed e-learning company.
