Adam Wergeles

With over 15 years of experience providing legal advice to companies in all stages of development (and with specific expertise representing Internet companies), Adam serves as ReachLocal's General Counsel. Most recently, he served as Chief Legal Officer for VendareNetblue (now Connexus Corp.), a leading online media company. Before VendareNetblue, Adam was Vice President of Operations for Kaplan's Concord Law School, a pioneer in online legal education. Adam has also worked as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Quisic Corporation, a venture-backed e-learning company. Adam holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and a B.A. from Hamilton College.
