Michael is a ReachLocal co-founder and serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer. With over 15 years of business strategy, product development and marketing experience, Michael has played a senior executive role at three other successful Internet startups. Prior to ReachLocal, Michael served as Vice President Product Development at WorldWinner, Inc. and Senior Manager in Deloitte Consultings Media & Entertainment industry practice. As Senior Vice President of Strategy & Product Development for AdStar.com, Michael managed a team of engineers and product/content developers to develop the Internet's leading exchange for the buying and selling of classified advertising. Before that, Michael started, managed and eventually sold Recycler.com to Times Mirror, Inc. Michael graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College with a B.A. in literature and was awarded an ITT Fellowship for post-graduate study in Spain.
